Barcodes in a .Net DataGridView

I am using a demo version of the IDAutomation.LinearBarCode.dll. I am trying to place multiple barcodes in a .Net DataGridView, but barcodes keep not displaying more than one at a time.

Can you give me the steps to proceed with troubleshooting the issue?

Operating System: Windows

Application: Visual Studio, VB.Net, Windows Form project

Best Answer

1. Start by using the .NET Windows Forms Control DLL as directed (in the manual) by placing it in a form or generating a barcode programmatically.

2. Look at the properties it supports and determine the implementation to fit your specific use.

3. Look to see if placing the barcode in another container helps, as the barcode object might not inherit the properties you expect, the way you expect.

For example, those wanting to use the .hide property find it useful to put the barcode in another object (such as a label or text box), then call the object’s .hide property.
