Visual Basic UFL that implements this function is missing (or U2lcom.dll is missing) Error

I updated my OS from XP to Win7. When I try to create barcodes in Crystal, it gives the error - Visual Basic UFL that implements this function is missing (or U2lcom.dll is missing).

What do I need to re-install or check?

The reports were developed by another developer who is gone and I need to find out what font files and dll files to register/install and where to get those from.

The Crystal report is calling this function: IDAutomationPDF417EncoderPDFSet(DataToEncode,1 ,10 ,0 ,0 ,0 ,0 )

Thank you.

Operating System: Windows 7

Application: Crystal 9

Refer to this post .

Verify the PDF417 UFL named CRUFLidautomationPDF.dll is available on your system. If so, check to ensure the U2lcom.dll is on your system. If both dlls are visible and you are creating a .NET-based Crystal project, then consider the solution that uses a font formula to generate PDF417 included in our PDF417 Font and Encoder Advantage Package. If you already own the Advantage Package, the formula resides in a sample Crystal Report file within your package.

If you own the Windows Package, the formula is not included.
