IsNumeric returns True in OpenOffice VB and LibreOffice when evaluating a space or dash.


The VB function of IsNumeric returns True in OpenOffice VB and LibreOffice Visual Basic when evaluating a space or dash. If IsNumeric() contains a leading space or dash symbol the function thinks it is a number when it should not be. For example:
'IsNumeric(1234)=True
'IsNumeric(12 34)=False
'IsNumeric( 1234)=True (should be False)
'IsNumeric(-1234)=True (should be False)

Insert the IsNum() function in your code and replace all instances of IsNumeric() with IsNum().
