Printing errors after install of Code 128 Font Advantage Package

I installed SKU IDA10 Code 128 package on the customers' Win PC. Since the installation, her EDI package will not print more than 2 EDI documents at a time. It gives an error if she tries to print >2. She has been using this PC and EDI package for 12 months before this without any issues. The PC is Win7 Pro 32bit running on Intel i5. I have installed the latest update, no help. I removed the 128 package, no help. Could the package have left something on the PC that continues to be a problem? The PC is mainly used for this EDI package. She does use email and office products. They have not had any printing problems, but she prints very little from them. The error happens on 3 diff printers. All are network printers. 2 HP lasers and 1 Konica. I've tried updating printer drivers. Any help or ideas will be appreciated. Chad.

Ben	Best Answer Chad, The IDAutomation Code 128 Font Package installs the fonts and example files. Neither of these would cause an error within another application since the files are TTF font files (which are common on Windows) and application files that do not seem to be related to EDI. However, I will learn more if you can provide the error message or a screenshot of the error message. I may be able to tell what is going wrong or point you in the right direction. If there is no error message and the error is only with the printer, try resetting the printer, re-installing the printer drivers, or contacting the printer manufacturer.
