Unable to ID this barcode format ?

I am unable to ID this barcode format and have been unable to generate a duplicate barcode using numerous online programs. Can anyone provide an answer as to the type and/or format?

I was finally able to use a magnifying lens and go line by line to decode this. I believe it decodes out to be a Code 128 symbology using the A Character set.

1. Start Character - 103
2. ETB <Control Character> - 87
3. U - 53
4. R - 50
5. N - 46
6. 8 - 24
7. Check digit "=" - 29
8. Stop Character.

My question is now this, how would I use a Free Online barcode generator to enter the "ETB" Control Character? What keyboard sequence do I use to enter this NONprinting character but have it encoded in the barcode itself?

Thanks for any help...
