Thank you for the information.

Has the point size changed from when the first table was printed? It is the only thing I can see that would affect the output. You can also try using the open-type font instead of the true type. This can be found in the 2D Fonts folder in the most recent downloadable version.

I use IDAutomationDMATRIX.dll and IDAutomationDMatrix.ttf (legacy font, now called IDAutomation2D.ttf) for active reports, and I use the printer Argox 300 for this image with paper size 2.2x1.6 and DMatrix label size 0.73x0.73cm.

Another question, does this error relate to my license when I print two different reports in a project? I can print the first label fine, but this problem occurs with the other label on a different report.

Please help us!

Can you give me some more details on the implementation?
From the bottom image, it looks like the data matrix font is being used. If this is correct, please let me know what point size is being used.
Any printer details that you may have would also be a big help, specifically the printer resolution. It looks like this is a thermal transfer label printer.
