DataMatrix font encoder functionality with C++ header file


We are considering DataMatrix font functionality to be incorporated into our products. We have a C++ application. Would that require an external dependency or this could be statically compiled into the application with a header file?

The C++ header file for the Data Matrix Font and Encoder package is written purely in C++ code using standard C++ libraries and does not have any OS-dependent code. The method that would be used is the IDAutomation_DMFontencode function. This returns a C++ string of characters including carriage returns. Each character represents a bar pattern. So when the barcode font is applied to that string a Data Matrix symbol will result. Please refer to this page for more information and sample code:
