Issue with Crystal report 8.5 on a 64bit Server


We purchased and installed IDAutomation Datamatrix Font and Encoder for Windows on our server (Windows 2008, 32 bits) which works well with our application using Crystal Report 8.5
We changed our server (Windows 2008 R2, 64 bits) and now it doesn’t work anymore.
The Font and DLL are well installed in C:WindowsFonts and C:WindowsSysWOW64.
Is it because of the change of mode?
Do you have another solution that works with Crystal Report 8.5?

What is the error that you receive?

The IDAutomation Crystal UFL is not compatible with the 64-bit version of Crystal Reports. A solution is to use the Crystal Font Formula included with the Data Matrix Font and Encoder Advantage Package.

I don’t have any error messages. When I try to make an overview, nothing appears, and the crystal report is still loading. When I try to print, my application based on Microsoft Access closes.
We would like to try the Crystal Font Formula included with the Advantage Package but we haven’t subscribed to your “Priority support and upgrade subscription”.
Do we have to purchase the product or can we switch to the Advantage Package and only pay the balance between the two products?
