Why am I getting tick marks on the top of the IMb barcode?


About 2 or 3 years ago I purchased your software in preparation for printing IMb. Well USPS has forced me to start using the barcode, now there are little "tick" marks above some of the bars. WHY? I read that this was on "demo" software, but I PAID for mine.

Operating System: windows 2000

Application: WinkMate (kirk rudy ink jet printer)

Hi Gary,

I have located your original order and it looks as if you never actually downloaded the licensed software package and still have the demo package loaded on your system. Please look for an email in your inbox with the download link to install the licensed package.

NOTE: Before you install the licensed version, uninstall the demo version.

It has been too LONG AGO that I purchase this product. I do not have an order number.

Since I PAID for this mess in the first place, WHY was I given a default product???????

Please give us your order number and indicate which exact product you purchased.

The tick marks are only present on our demo, as you stated. Make sure you keep a spare copy as a backup of the purchased Intelligent Mail product you bought from us, I would uninstall the demo version before installing the paid.
