Based on the order number entered into the form, you own the Data Matrix Font and Encoder. Are you having problems with this product? QR Code is also mentioned in the post. Are you attempting to create a QR Code barcode?

1. What IDAutomation product did you download?
2. What application do you need to generate the barcode in?
3. What operating system are you running?
4. Please describe the issue that is occurring. Are you receiving error messages?

If there is a problem generating a scannable QR Code or Data Matrix, verify the data is:
1. Encoded with a Font Encoder
2. Displays the full barcode when in the application or printed to the printer
3. The scanner is capable of reading the 2D barcode.

Consider the Data Matrix Font and Encoder Advantage Package as it includes a Crystal Reports Font Formula that remains within the report.

4. Please describe the issue that is occurring. Are you receiving error messages?
When it is run where it will normally be run from the QRCode is blank
When I try to run it on my machine I get an error pointing to a printer issue.
I do not see the barcode when editing the Crystal Report (not sure if this is normal.

Based on the order, your company has had the product for quite a few years. When did the issue first occur?

What is the error message?

When you mention it is blank, is it the printout? What does it look like on the screen?

I guess it might not be QR codes (see below)

stringVar DataToEncode:= {@new};
stringVar CompleteBarcodeString:="";
numberVar i:=0;
numberVar Segments:= IDAutomationDataMatrixEncoderDMSet(DataToEncode,0 ,0 ,0 );
For i:=0 to Segments Do
(
CompleteBarcodeString := CompleteBarcodeString + IDAutomationDataMatrixEncoderDMGet(i);
);
CompleteBarcodeString
