What license type for non-profit organizations?

Thank you for your reply. From the software license agreement, I notice that there is a condition that allows a free license for the QR code generator, I wonder if our institution fits in as we are a nonprofit making legal entity called the West Kowloon Cultural District, and under this institution there is a museum team call M+ who are curators building up the future museum venue and programs around it. The QR code generated on the institution's website for downloading education packs that contain exhibits information such as artists' backgrounds and artwork descriptions which is entirely educational. The exhibition will be on for a month starting 14 May 2012.

It seems that we fit in the free license waiver conditions and I wonder if the QR code generated can be used on publications and leaflets for promoting the exhibition. Please let me know your views or any follow-up actions that are appropriate to utilize the QR code, many thanks.

I. Free License
Software that is classified as "freeware" or a "free version" ("Free Software") may be freely used if any one of the following 4 conditions is true:
(1) Licensee's Organization has a gross annual revenue of less than $500,000 USD;
(2) Licensee's Organization is classified as nonprofit for tax purposes excluding government and military Organizations;
(3) The Free Software is used for personal use or educational purposes (for example, in a classroom); and
(4) If provided with an accompanying product by IDAutomation where the documentation for the product grants a license to the Free Software. In such a case, the Free Software may only be used in connection with the accompanying product.
ANY OTHER USE REQUIRES A PURCHASE FOR THE ASSOCIATED PRODUCT LICENSE, AFTER A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) DAYS, WHICH IS GRANTED TO LICENSEE FOR EVALUATION PURPOSES ONLY.

Nathan	Best Answer Hello, Your organization will qualify for the free license to use the QR Code Barcode Generator if any of the following conditions are true: 1) Does your organization have a gross annual revenue of less than $500,000 USD? 2) Is your organization classified as nonprofit for tax purposes? 3) Is the software used for personal use or educational purposes, i.e. in a classroom? 4) Is it being used in association with an accompanying IDAutomation product that was purchased?
