What product did I download?

I have your IDAutomation software but I do not know the name of the specific product that I downloaded.

Ben	Best Answer IDAutomation provides many products for several applications and environments. Sometimes it can be confusing because there are many products with similar names or many products that can be used in different environments. There are several ways to locate the product downloaded (demo or license). Run a search for "IDAutomation" on your computer. This should pull up anything with IDAutomation in it. If it is a .exe or .zip file, note the name of the product. If it is a .ttf, then it is a barcode font. If it is a Barcode Font Package, it will have fonts beginning with the name "IDAutomation..." and will end in .ttf (for TrueType Font). A barcode font is not an application, it is a font that can be accessed from an application. The font is usually stored in the Fonts folder of your system. If it is an application, run the application. To check the version, select Help--About and it should describe the product and version. If you purchased the product, you may want to check your email as information about the order, including the order number and the name of the product, will be in it. What is the name of the zip file that you downloaded? When you extracted the zip file and ran the executable, there will be an IDAutomation folder in your Program Files. This folder name will be the name of the product that you downloaded.

If you are uncertain where your downloaded files are stored, you can do a search for "IDAutomation" on your drive to locate the file.
