When I convert Excel encoded data to CSV format, I see quotes in my encoded string in Notepad

I need to generate Code 128 barcodes. We are using your VBA Font encoder to format the data. When we export the file as a CSV and open it in Notepad

Ben	Best Answer The reason the Excel (or application) to CSV conversion adds the encoded data in quotes is that the encoded data for some barcode types, specifically Code 128 and Interleaved 2 of 5, can include a comma. Therefore, it prevents the string with the encoded comma from reading as a separate value. Posted 9.7 year(s) ago (0) (0) Report Abuse
