Unable to Maintain Link to External Data Using Office 2010

Having defined the label, linked an external data source, and linked the specific data the file is saved. On reopening the Barcode Label Software program and selecting a previous file with linked data then an error message is presented which says: "Index was outside the bounds of the array at IDAutomation.LinkedData.set_blueprint(XmlNode Value)". On clicking OK to close this box a second error appears: "There was no DataSource linked for DDBarcode_Linear17 to reference. Resetting the value to 'Standard Value'."

The advice suggested that the .Net and MDAC elements should be updated on my workstation. I have just done all Windows 7 updates so this should not be the problem. I have also installed the Office 2007 Access Database Engine to allow the ID Automation software to function with Excel 2010.

Error Messages are attached.

We are sorry you are experiencing problems. We do have a couple of troubleshooting documents that may help.

First, try installing this database connectivity driver from Microsoft:
https://www.idautomation.com/downloads/AccessDatabaseEngine2007.zip

If this does not work, refer to these KB documents:
Download the most recent version of MDAC
Unable to read from external data source error
.NET Framework Error: DLL Not Found
