Why are only the prefix of my text box and not my incrementing numbers printing on the actual barcodes?

They even show up in the print preview but for some reason do not translate onto the printed barcodes

Operating System: Windows 7

Application: IDAutomation Barcode Label Software 2010

Ben	Best Answer There were some issues with older versions of the Barcode Label Software (including 2006, 2009, 2010, 2013) versions. We recommend that you use the most recent version updated in 2015. To obtain the latest version, you may update your Priority Support subscription for the Barcode Label Software.
