Which QR Code Encoder + Font to Purchase

What I am looking for is:
1. A QR Code encoder that I can reference/compile into a preexisting VB.NET project. This encoder I need to simply encode a string that, when the QR Code font is applied will print a QR code.
2. A QR Code font to interpret and print a QR Code from the encoded string.

In a typical setting, a .NET program will generate an output file of delimited records. One of the fields in each record would be the QR Code encoded string.

The file is then imported into another program which is where the QR Code font would be used to generate a QR Code barcode on printed output.

Can you guide me to the recommended product (with pricing information)?

In general, you could incorporate the QR-Code .Net Assembly, which is included in the Developer license (or greater) of the QR-Code Barcode Font Package into your project. A demo is available from the product page.

Exporting Encoded Text:
Unlike 1D/linear symbologies, QR-Code (and other 2D symbologies) cannot be ‘captured’ in a standard delimited file (CSV, Tab-delineated, etc.). This is because the ‘stacked’ form of the encoding.

If possible (in your project), develop an alternative file export format (such as XML) that can capture the encoding for QR-Code.

Thanks for writing! We offer a fantastic package of QR fonts which is what I would recommend for the scenario you've described. This package includes TrueType (and other) font types, with Developer versions of the package include our Developer Tools downloads. The .NET encoder you'll need to use in the VB.NET project is available in that version of the package. You can purchase QR Code fonts via our online store and download immediately after. Please let me know if you have any further questions. We're happy to help.
