The Single User License allows use of the Software for one effective user in your organization. The SUL is for a stand-alone personal computer or laptop, not a server, and shall not be used in connection with: (1) A high speed printer that prints over 55 Pages Per Minute, or (2) A system (including all hardware, printer and software) having a cost totaling over 50,000 USD or equivalent amount in a foreign currency.

You will need a developer license if any of the following apply:
- The software will be installed on a server.
- The software will be embedded into a custom application.
- The software will be installed for access via internet browser.
- The software will be distributed to other users within the organization or outside of the organization.
- The software will have an end result of being embedded into any document such as PDF format.
- The software will be printed in connection with a high speed printer printing over 55 pages/minute or having a total cost of over $50,000 USD including all hardware, software and printer.

The most important part would be that the IDAutomation.PDF417 dll is included in the Developer Packages of the .NET Forms Control and we do not offer Single User Licenses of this package at all.
