Invalid barcode after upgrading Oracle Reports from 10g to 11g

Hi,
I'm upgrading from Oracle Reports 10g to Oracle Reports 11gr2.
In the reports, I'm using the product IDAutomation Code 128 Font Advantage Package (IDA10).
Within the printed PDF report the barcodes are invalid. I compared the same report printed on both Oracle Reports versions and it looks like the 11g report barcodes are stretched and therefore appear as if the barcode is breaking.
The barcodes are printed on very small labels and currently, a solution of redesigning the report layout and stretching the barcode items is not an option.
Please advise.
Thanks
Ram

Operating System: Windows server 2008 R2

The following screenshot sent is indicative that the data is not being properly encoded by the PLL File:

The font was simply applied to unencoded text, resulting in an unscannable barcode:

Please reimplement, following the instructions found on the Oracle Reports Barcode Tutorial & FAQ.
