Barcodes not working in 64 Bit OS

We are using Code 128 S barcode fonts 9pts which have been working well in Windows 32-bit environment. Size is required to be 9 or lower. However, since we have moved to Windows 64-bit the barcode fonts that print out are unrecognizable. The printed barcodes are thicker than what they should be. Please advise if you have a 64-bit version.

Operating System: Windows 64 Bit

Application: .Net

The Code 128 Font Package has been updated a few times over the last 10 years. Download the demo version for testing. If it works out, you may update your Level 2 Support to download the most recent Code 128 Package. You will need your original order number for this update. When you say .NET Component, I assume that you are referring to the .NET Assembly. If so, ensure that you are using the most recent .NET Assembly (released in 2013/2014). It is available in the Level 2 upgrade or you may download the demo for testing.

The product has been tested on Windows 64 and 32-bit including many versions of Windows. We have not noticed any issues with printing barcodes (small font point sizes) on laser or thermal printers and scanning with many barcode scanners makes/models.

Yes, we already have point size 8 and those were behaving the same way. 32-bit OS is good 64-bit Windows Server is not.

That is why we were wondering if you have a 64-bit version.

Thanks!

Though it may have worked before, point size 9 is not a valid XDimension for either 203 or 300+ dpi printers.

Valid point sizes for the Code 128 Fonts are listed here.

When using a printer with less than 600 DPI, print at the following point sizes to create accurate barcodes:
203 DPI Printer (thermal printer)
6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36

300 DPI Printer
4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36
