Error with QR Code Using Windows and Crystal Report Redistributable

We have upgraded our Crystal Reports redistributable and Windows Server versions.

Can we use the QR-Code Barcode Font Package and QR-Code UFL in 32-bit and 64-bit environments?

Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server

Application: SAP Crystal Report Redistributable, IDAutomation QR Code Barcode Fonts

The QR Code UFL Font Encoder works on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems.

Use the QR UFL in the QR Code Font Package demo to determine if upgrading will resolve the issue.

We implemented QR Code barcode fonts in a 32-bit (Visual Basic 6.0) custom desktop application, using the Crystal Report redistributable.

To print and share the report, it is designed and shared with other PCs. In the past, we have used our application with Windows 7 and Windows 2003 without error.

We want to use an updated version of Windows Server, but we receive a message:

“Your application has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem.”

Is there any update in order to use QR Code with the above?

Please detail the issue you are having and specify the Crystal Reports usage:
• If the report is in a .Net project, server/ERP, or in a standard desktop application.
• If the report is designed on one machine and shared/published/printed from another.
