Update: ActiveX Barcode Control and DLL

New features have been added that include:

1. Enhancements to the POSTNET, Planet, Code 128, UCC128, Code 39, UPC/EAN, and Interleaved 2 of 5 symbologies.

2. More efficient and consistent rotation algorithms.

3. Signed CAB and DLL files are now provided.

4. Support for USPS OneCode.

5. Character grouping - This allows the human-readable text to be grouped together in 3, 4, or 5-character groups for easier readability.

6. Bearer Bars - Horizontal and vertical bearer bar options are now available. The thickness of the bars is configurable from 0 (default) to 10 times the XDimension.

7. Text Margin - The space between the human-readable text and the barcode.

8. White Bar Increase - Increases the XDimension of the white bars only. This will aid in ensuring the readability of barcodes printed with lower-resolution printers.

9. New functionality to support Macro PDF417.Improvements to Data Matrix.
