Will our current version of LinearBarCode for reporting services work with SSRS2008?


We have been using it with SSRS2005 for many years and are upgrading to 2008. The file version is 7.7.1.0 for the IDAutomation_ReportingServices_BarcodeCRI.dll. Will this version work with SSRS2008 or do we need to upgrade? If so, is there a cost?

Note: A new product (SSRS Native Barcode Generator) has been released since this post was resolved that offers an easier method of generating barcodes in SSRS without fonts or other components.

Based on your order information, the version purchased does not include the ability to generate barcodes for SSRS2008. The update released in 2010 will produce barcodes in the desired version.
