How do I connect this account with order for the new scanner I just received

I also need help making sure that I have programmed this scanner correctly. I need to scan both Code39 and ISBN numbers for our Library. I have scanned through the manual, but I am unclear on which programming I must do and what I can leave alone.

Ben	Best Answer Unfortunately, the purchase account cannot be connected to the Forum. However, based on the order number, we have located your purchase account. When you receive and charge the scanner, the next step is to link the scanner to the cradle. The scanner will scan Code 39 and ISBN barcodes with its default setting. Ben	Ensure that the cursor is present in the application/form. If not, then the scanner will not know where to submit the data. It is very similar to entering data into an application using a keyboard. Posted 11.1 year(s) ago (0) (0) Report Abuse

Gretchen here, I tried the reset and connecting to the cradle and have rebooted the computer after reconnecting the USB cable and seeing a successful install of the device. I reopened the application the scanner appears to be reading the barcode but I get no response from the application. I have NOT attempted any further programming since you indicated that both codes I needed were defaults.
