Our online IDAutomation Provide Support chat is a quick and easy way to get in touch with us to ask questions and resolve issues. One of the great things about using our chat feature is the ability to share files and receive documented transcripts. IDAutomation chat is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.

To upload a file select the file icon with the little green arrow. In this image, I have surrounded it with a black square:

For questions regarding licensing, pricing, and general sales questions, select the Sales chat option.

For questions regarding product selection based on technical specifications, questions about how to use the product or resolve product issues, select the Technical Support chat option.

Need to chat with Sales and Technical support? No problem. Sales and Technical Support can invite each other into chats to answer your questions.
