Code 128 Barcode not shown with Surface Tablet

I'm using the IDautomation Barcode VBA Script in MS Access. In a report, I use the =Code128([field_name]). We are working with PC's , windows 7, 10, and also with Microsoft Surface tablets Windows 10 or 11. We are working on a server, not local, using the same database. With the PC's: the barcode is shown/printed correctly. With all the Microsoft Surface tablets the barcode is Not shown/printed correctly. Please see the attached files. I don't find any difference, especially since we all work on the same server with the same Office 365.

Operating System: windows server 2012

Make sure the barcode font is installed on the surface tablets. from the image shown, it appears the data is being encoded correctly, but the font is not being applied.
