Code 128 Barcode Font (PCL)


In 2006 we bought the product "IDAutomation Complete Font Advantage Package (Developer License)", which included the "IDAutomation Code 128 Font Advantage Package". At that time the Code 128 Barcode package included PCL soft fonts with an X-Dimension of .043 cm / 17 mil (c128*16.sfp) and .033 cm / 13 mil (c128*20.sfp).
We now need additional font files with an X-Dimension of .038 cm / 15 mil (c128*18.sfp) that seem to be available as mentioned here: https://www.barcodefaq.com/1d/code-128/#Specifications
Is it possible to get those new font files as an addition to our original order or do we have to purchase a new license first?

The Code 128 PCL fonts are 300 dpi and the (c128*16.sfp) are 4 dots per bar and the (c128*20.sfp) are 5 dots per bar. So, it is not possible unless we make a 600 dpi version. Not all printers support 600 dpi PCL fonts so please test this first to make sure it is possible. Download the OCR Font Demo and try sOCRA6.SFP and if that works we can create a 600 dpi version that is c128*18.sfp. To get this font, we would have to make it according to the number of developer licenses you have with active priority support. With a single developer license, we can make 2 versions (such as c128M18.sfp and c128L18.sfp) if you update your priority support.
