Download of Font Code 39 Not Scanning

We just purchased the Code 39 font from you, the installation was fine, but now we are attempting to test the bar codes on our forms, but none of them are scanning. Did I miss anything on the installation? Pretty straightforward installation process.

Verify that you are adding the appropriate start/stop characters for Code 39, or that you are using a Font Encoder that will add them automatically.

For example, if you want to create a barcode that scans as JOEY, before applying the barcode font, you must place asterisks around the data, such as *JOEY*.



If you are encoding your data and the barcode does not scan, review the Top 5 Reasons a Barcode Font will not scan.
