QR Code is distorted in Crystal Reports

When producing a QR code in Crystal reports, the QR code does not look correct and have to try to scan it several times before it works. When I put our web address as the value it works every time on the scan. the value for the one that does not work is IR17463803. Please see the attachment. I've purchased the QR Code Native Barcode Generator for Crystal reports and it's not working correctly.

Thanks for the information and the image of the generated barcode. Due to the nature of 2D formatting, to generate the barcode correctly the field has to be set aligned to the left.

I can not tell from the image how you have aligned the field, but distortions can happen when the field is set to right or center, please check those settings. If they are 'right' or 'center' please correct them to 'left' and from there you should be able to shrink the object field and center it.
