Data Matrix barcode font not working after Changing Servers

Hi Team, We installed the Data Matrix Font Encoder Package for the client, IDAutomation2D Regular, IDAutomation2D XLS Symbol Enc Regular, IDAutomation2D XS Regular" and it worked fine. It has been working for years without issues. We recently moved them to a new server and now the data matrix is not translating. Can you please help me with a resolution?

For new servers, we recommend reinstalling the package on the new servers, and then you will need to reboot the servers, so the font will be active in all of the applications. Additionally, you may have to order the level 2 support for the package to obtain the latest version that is compatible with the latest operating systems.
