What does the suffix stand for at the end of a barcode font name?


For example, the XS in IDAutomationHC39XS.ttf. What does it mean?

The suffix in the barcode font name represents the barcode height.

All IDAutomation Linear Barcode Fonts include several font heights. For specific information, please view the Specifications section for the barcode font that you need to use. For Code 39, please visit: https://www.idautomation.com/fonts/code39/fontnames.html


Here are some examples of Code 39 at 18 points:

- IDAutomationHC39XS is Extra Small Height -

- IDAutomationHC39M is Medium Height -

- IDAutomationHC39XL is Extra Large Height -
