iPhone 14 Pro Barcode Scanner App close up scan not working

I have an iPhone 14 Pro. It has multiple cameras. The IDAutomation Barcode Scanner App won't work on it. It seems like it's picking the camera that's for taking far-away pictures, not the close-up camera. Is there something I can/need to do?

This seems to be an issue with the iPhone 14. At this time we do not have a solution, however, our developer is working on it. We do not know when it will be resolved. We recommend you try another device or make the symbol larger to get a good scan.
