The barcode label design does not display correctly

I made a label using one laptop which runs on Win 10, and created a label with an Arial Narrow font size of 8, and a certain barcode size. However, when the same is created on another laptop that also runs Win 10, the design window displays components disproportionately and goes beyond the label size of 2 x 1 inches. However, when we print the preview, the same appears within the label size.

We tried to print the same label on the HP Officejet printer it printed with different barcode widths, and on the Citizen printer it printed wider.

Can anyone help?

Are both machines using the same printer for the Barcode Label Software? Are the paper-type settings for the printer the same?

Try creating a label on the new computer and opening it on the original computer. Does the issue still occur?
