What the difference between ISBN10 and ISBN13?


IDAutomation offers the ISBN Book Barcode Package which includes the OCR-A font with the EAN-13 font. However, what is the difference between ISBN10 and ISBN13?

The ISBN-10 is a 10-digit number that starts with a group identifier that signifies the country, geography, or language area. It concludes with a check digit, which is not the same as the one in the ISBN-13. ISBN-13 is a 13-digit number that commences with the prefix 978 or 979 and ends with a check digit, which is different from the one in the ISBN-10.
