Can I return IDAutomation Native Linear Barcode Generator Plug In for Filemaker and exchange with Code 39 Barcode Font Package for Mac OSX.?


My apologies. I must have made a mistake. I bought the IDAutomation Native Linear Barcode Generator Plug-in. I tried using it as instructed but the bar codes generated could not be read by our scanners. I have the demo version of the Code 39 Barcode Fonts (where IDAutomationSC39) is shown in the font list. When I use this demo version, it works for our scanners. How can return and exchange?

I'm sorry to hear that you have purchased the wrong item, but we can certainly help resolve that. Just follow our instructions for returning IDAutomation software which involves uninstalling the product and destroying all downloads, and completing the Software Destruction Form. You can email that form to us: Contact Us or fax it to 813-354-3583. If the form is received within 30 days of your purchase, we'll be happy to issue your refund for the cost of your license, and we'll notify you via email when that occurs (normally on the next business day).

With respect to getting the correct item, you are free to complete that Code 39 Font Package purchase at any time.
