Licensed version still shows Demo information in scan

I purchased the Data Matrix / QR Code / PDF417 / Aztec / MaxiCode Package after trying the demo. I uninstalled the demo and installed the sale version but when I create a barcode, the barcode scans with DEMO information.

Application: Crystal-Reports, Excel, COM-DLL, UFL

Because the font IDAutomation 2D is used as the Demo and Licensed font, the issue comes from the encoder (which has a demo and licensed version). Sometimes the demo control for certain encoders is cached. It may require more than deleting Temporary files. We recommend using this procedure:

• Uninstall the Licensed version of the *2D Font Package from the machine.
• Uninstall the Demo version (if it still exists).
• Clear Temporary Files or perform a Disk Clean up.
• Delete any *2D Package zip file and extracted folder that still remains from your recent order.
• If you are creating the barcode in Crystal Reports, you may have to create a new file. Sometimes Crystal holds on to old information.
• Empty the Recycle bin.
• Reboot the machine.
• Sign into the IDAutomation store and re-download the *2D Package.
• Extract the file and run the installer.
• Re-create the barcode.

* Refers to the specific 2D Font Package purchased: Data Matrix / QR Code / PDF417 / Aztec / MaxiCode Package
