QR Code not Generating in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)


We are following the Oracle BIP Integration Guide for QR Code. In continuation to the question "Unable to Generate QR Code With ID Automation font", we have used the base64 encoding method only. Data is encoded into Base64 format but while applying ID Automation2D font we are unable to generate QR Code.

Please let us know whether the given ID Automation2D font is compatible with the Base64 encoding method or not. Also please let us know whether this solution is compatible with handling in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) as we have a requirement to print QR Code in BI/XML Publisher reports which should be generated from the E-Business Suite concurrent program.

The font "IDAutomation2D" is the correct font. It is not the font that encodes TLV, it is the encoding of the data with the encoder that does this. We have recently updated the Java font encoder to include built-in functions to easily encode Base 64 and TLV. For more information, refer to this release log:
