When multiple users access a Crystal Report to generate a 2D barcodes, the barcode and data fields are out of sync

Product used:
2D Barcodes Fonts in Crystal Reports.

We purchased the DataMatrix barcode font a few weeks ago. The barcode labels have been working nicely for us. However, we are now starting to have a re-occurring problem.

We have multiple label reports (Crystal Reports) that pull data from a common SQL Server view. In VERY isolated instances, the readable information on the label is different from what the scanned barcode displays.

The visual data and the barcode data come from the EXACT same column in the view. The visual data is correct, the barcode isn't. What the barcode looks to be displayed is from another Crystal Report dataset.

It is very difficult for us to reproduce the issue, but we have been able to do it by multiple users printing labels from multiple Crystal Reports at the same time.

The UFL/dll used in the formatting of data does not support multithreading.

For product alternatives, please consider Native Generator, Streaming, or Native encoder solutions from our Crystal Integration Guide.
