Barcode missing from emailed PDF Forms


I'm using the Code128 Font developer package to add a barcode using the font formula to a Crystal Reports form. Using Crystal Reports 2013.
The barcode shows up fine when we print or print preview the form.
The barcode is missing when the form is emailed using SQL Database Mail.
The fonts are installed on the SQL server. What am I missing?

This sounds like the fonts are not embedded into the PDF. If that is the case, refer to this incident:

If the issue cannot be resolved with fonts, we recommend trying the Native Barcode Generator for Crystal Reports because it uses the system font to draw the barcode.

The form is printed to a PDF and then saved to a folder on the SQL Server. A stored procedure picks up the form and sends using Database Mail.
I can view the form in the SQL Folder and the barcode is missing there also.
What do you mean by re-select?
