How to Configure QR Code Swiss to 46x46

Hello,

I tried to configure, with the Barcode Generator for Microsoft Access, an access report with the Swiss QR code specification for the new payment system

The Swiss QR code used on invoices must have a fixed size: 46mm x 46mm.

I have placed in my report a Text field (T_QRcode) with the correct size (46mmx46mm) and I use the following parameters:
result = IDAutomation_NatG_QRCode(T_QRcode, Me, 28, 600)

The QR code is approximately correct, but depending on the Data set to the T_QRcode.value, the size of the QR code changes.
The length of the data string is variable. It contains the names and addresses of the customers in the invoices.

Is there a solution to use the Barcode Generator code for Access to get a fixed-size QR code?

Thank you

Best Regards

Olivier

First, I recommend setting the appropriate XDimension to at least the minimum required XDimension. Then adjust the Version to match the size requirement.

To convert mm to Mils use this converter:

Thank you Ben for this quick answer.

It works fine with the Version 17.

Another specification for the Swiss QR code is that the minimum size module must be 0.4mm.

I thought that the MILS parameter would ensure this minimum of 0.4mm.
But if I use both parameters Mils=16 and Version, the barcode size changes

How can be sure that the module is bigger than 4.4 mm using only the version parameter?

I certainly do not understand correctly the MILS parameter.

Thank you

Best regards
Olivier

To create the barcode the same size for different data, set the Version property to a size that produces the required specification (in mm).
