How to encode group separators on Access report

I have a report built in Access that has a 2D barcode label, all works as intended. however, I need to add group separators and record separators. How do I accomplish that in my Access query? For example, below is the sql used to produce the data:
2D: "[)> 06 1JDE000002438000" & [ORDER DETAILS].[LINE_SERIAL #] & " P" & [CUST ITEM #] & " Q" & [QtyInBox] & " B V000002438 4LUS K" & [CUST PO #] & " 2S 1T 15K 2L 22L"
It needs to be the following, replacing <GS> nad <RS> with actual group and record separators:
2D: "[)> 06 1JDE000002438000" & [ORDER DETAILS].[LINE_SERIAL #] & "<GS> P" & [CUST ITEM #] & "<GS> Q" & [QtyInBox] & "<GS> B V000002438 4LUS <GS>K" & [CUST PO #] & " 2S 1T 15K 2L 22L<RS>"

Brant	Best Answer When encoding non-printable ASCII such as RS, GS, and EOT, IDAutomation recommends testing the result with the Barcode Decoder App because it reveals these characters in the result to verify proper encoding. To encode functions such as the GS, RS, and EOT in 2D barcodes: 1. Enable ApplyTilde or ProcessTilde. 2. For Data Matrix and QR Code, use ~d### where the ### is the ASCII value for the function to encode. For PDF417, use ~### where the ### is the ASCII value for the function to encode. Therefore, in Data Matrix or QR Code: To encode the GS, use ~d029 To encode the RS, use ~d030 To encode the EOT, use ~d004 In your DataToEncode string, these are added where they are needed: & [CUST ITEM #] & "~d030" & " Q" & [QtyInBox] & "~d030" & " B V000002438 4LUS K" & Additional Common Functions: To encode the CR (Carriage Return), use ~d013.
