Cannot create GS1-128 format in Access

Using access db and can't seem to get the barcode coded right ... Can you point out what I'm missing or doing incorrectly?

=Code128("~202" & "02" & [GTIN] & "~202" & "11" & [YYMMDD_a] & "~212" & "37" & [weight] & "~202" & "10" & [batchcode],1,True)

Using Font: IDAutomationC128L

Thanks
Dedra

If you see the data directly and nothing that looks similar to this: ÌÂÇÊ"ÈÂ0ÇÂhÆS@%Î then the data is not encoded. Verify that you have performed listed in the VBA Tutorial for Access and Barcode Fonts.

When I run the test code is Access 201, when I copy and paste the barcode this is the data returned: 123456

When I run my code this is the data returned: (02) 00072985132762 (11) 161205 (37) 2000 (10) 6340

It appears that you have had the product for some time. When did the issue first occur? Paste the encoded data into the forum (not the image). The encoded data is what displays before the barcode font is selected. Based on the attached image, it does not appear that the data is encoded. As a test, encode this value

=Code128("123456",1,True)

For settings on the field in Access use Font size 11 and font IDAutomationC128L

Paste the encoded data created from the formula into this post.

Verify that you are using a valid size for Code 128. Review the Code 128 Specifications.

the vendor is unable to scan when code is like: =Code128("02" & [GTIN] & "11" & [YYMMDD_a] & "37" & [weight] & "10" & [batchcode],1,True)

was going to try the barcode using the code from the original email but wanted feedback first since the barcode is displayed in sections instead of one string.

What is occurring when you generate the Code 128 barcode using the formula? Provide a description of the issue.
