Poor Quality of Barcode Printing on Thermal Printer

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have used your demo Barcode VB6.0 ActiveX Control in my VB project. Everything worked fine until I tried on Thermal Printer (58mm width). It is ESC/POS EPSON commands-compatible Printer. When I Print on other Printers, the barcode quality is good and readable by Barcode Scanner. But, If I print on Barcode Thermal Printer, it seems a little blurred (both barcode and some images) and not readable by the scanner.

Me.PrintForm
Printer.EndDoc

Instead of creating Barcode in VB form and sending it to the Thermal printer, If I create a barcode directly on the Thermal Barcode using ESC/POS commands, the Barcode is very clear and readable by Barcode Scanner. So, Printer quality is not a problem but sending quality is not good. Thermal Printer Resolution = 203 dpi.
Any solution for this issue?
thank you

The issue is that PrintForm does not work well with thermal printers. IDAutomation does not suggest using PrintForm, instead the barcode should be printed directly from the control, for example:
Private Sub PrintDirect_Click()
Printer.PaintPicture BarCode1.Picture, 2048, 1024
Printer.EndDoc
End Sub
