compatibility with Win7 64

Hi
Back in June 2009 we bought the developer version of the Linear6 Barcode dll. I've just had a call from one of the users, who has just had an upgrade from XP to Win7-64 bit. And the dll gives an error when registering. Can you tell if the version we've got is compatible with Win7-64? I cant seem to find a version number anywhere. If it's not compatible, can you tell me what the upgrade cost is to the new version?

Many Thanks
Malcolm

Malcom,

Yes the 2009 version of the Active X control is not 64 bit compatible.
The latest version is however.

A priority support and upgrade subscription will need to be purchased, for a fraction of the original license.
This will reactivate the download link for one year and give one year of tech support.
For the developers license this comes to $149.
Refer to this page to order.

The original order ID will also be needed which and I will email you. You should see this in a few minutes.
