Codeset changes for last 2 chars of Code128 barcode

We upgraded from idautomation.linearservercontrol.dll 2009.0 to the .NET Generator IDAutomation.NetStandard.Linear.FontEncoder.dll 2020.0.0.0.

** The prior version generates a barcode with encoding <StartB>JJD<Code C>0146010944955384<Check 14><Stop>
** The new version generates a barcode with encoding <StartB>JJD0<Code C>14600024986979<Code B>54<Check 18><Stop>

Other than the different numbers and check code, we notice that the new version includes a switch to Codeset B before the last 2 characters of the encoded string. The prior version does not. This is seen consistently for the Code128 barcodes. Is this expected? If yes, please explain the significance and why we should not have concerns. If it is not expected, please tell us how we might control this behavior. We are calling with:
raster = linear.Code128(DataToEncode: barCodeStr, ApplyTilde: false, QuietZone: 2, ModuleSize: modSize, BarsHeight: height);

Operating System: Windows Server 2016

Application: C# server application

We can reproduce the issue using the DLLs from the .NET Generator or the C# code. When "1460002498697954" is encoded in Auto mode the barcode is longer than when set C is chosen. A temporary solution is to choose set C instead of Auto mode. This issue only occurs in the C# version of the code and the DLLs from the .NET Standard. The VB.NET solution does not have this issue. We will keep this incident open until the issue is resolved.
