Scan error using UTF8 Chinese character in QR-Code

I try to use the crystal report function to create UTF8 in QR-CODE.
The QR-CODE can be shown, but the scan is in error, no matter what kind of device is used, the scan will be shown "This QRCode ?????" (when the word is in Chinese)
QR-Code English words scan OK.

The barcode generated from the attached report scans properly with both the Cognex app and the IDAutomation Barcode Decoder App. Refer to the UTF8 Encode and Scan FAQ. Be sure you are using the Native Code Object and not the UFL. The UFL is a legacy product and does not encode UTF8.

NOTE: Because this is an exact duplicate of incident 3642, that incident was deleted. The attachment was also removed because it contains source code that is only licensed to the customer.
