Datamatrix no longer opens on my computer - pc application

Windows 7, used DataMatrix to generate barcodes. Was able to open the program, but now it won't. click on it and I can see it on the taskbar, but does not open to window - so I can no longer use it. art@qmimail.com

Also, we did not have a dot net upgrade but we did have a C++ upgrade in May

Operating System: Windows 7

Application: DataMatrix copied into CorelDrawX5

It is recommended that you look at the recent .Net upgrades/changes and see if uninstalling one will resolve the conflict. It is an issue of a recent change made to your system.

If that does not work, use on a different computer and compare the two to narrow down what changed on the system in question.

It doesn't say either of the two choices there is a folder with the ID Automation 2d Barcode Generator and I use the DataMatrix Generator -
