I cant open the ID automation 2 d barcode generator - data matrix generator window


I can't open the ID automation 2 d barcode generator - data matrix generator. the name of the program shows at the bottom of my screen, where my other programs do - but the window where I put the info to generate the 2d barcode no longer opens. The other barcode windows from ID auto do still open - P417, etc. It worked up until today. I rebooted several times, still not opening

When attempting to open the Barcode Image Generator application, the application does not appear on the screen, or the application may only reside in the taskbar and can not be maximized.
