PDF417 Code for Crystal Reports issues with SAP B1


Hello,

Last year we bought PDF417 Code for Crystal Reports, everything works just fine until now as we have tried to install the Report into SAP Business One.

It throws the following error while running the Report - see attached Picture.

Do you have any suggestions on what might be wrong or how can we fix this?

Please let me know if you need more details.

The UFL may not function in SAP Business One. If your order includes the font formula solution for the PDF417 fonts, it can replace the UFL and should work fine. If you do not have the appropriate package, there is a way to upgrade to the product that does include the appropriate font formula. The Font and Encoder User Suite includes the font formula.
