When the Priority Support & Upgrade Subscription is purchased, it includes the following:

*Unlimited Download Access to the latest version of your purchased product via download link for another year, which can be accessed after logging in to your IDAutomation account.

*Priority Technical Support is available via telephone, email, online chat, or the support forum, generally within 15 minutes during business hours, and up to 24 hours on weekends and holidays when the office is closed. Customers with an active support subscription will receive priority assistance over those customers who do not.

*Extended Support is available from our development staff for product integration and troubleshooting via the above contact methods in addition to remote desktop, when necessary, which allows our support staff to access your system for especially difficult-to-resolve issues.
