Where to download the application seen on YouTube tutorial?

I am not a coder, although your manual seems to assume I am. I found a tutorial that makes it look very easy to use this software using a GUI application. Where do I find this application?
I only want to encode a small bit of information as a QR code for producing an in-house labeling system.

The item you purchased which is the Barcode Generator for Microsoft Excel is designed to be integrated into Microsoft Excel to generate the barcodes for you. If you are looking for a standalone application that will generate QR Codes for you without the need to integrate it into Excel, we recommend the Barcode Label Software, because it is an easy to use GUI application for printing labels.
